Changing physical patterns can change mental patterns. Taking trips out of your regular routes can provoke positive new thoughts and create mental space and possibility. 

We have encouraged the patient to take trips as part of self analysis. TWP's text is an example of progress through association as his journey provokes reflection and leads to progressive steps.
