In this entry TWP reveals positive esteem feelings having achieved a stated goal but also uncertainty regarding the setting of new goals and to a future outside of the Public Patient Program. Reference to the USA election in 2024 as a potential trigger point is evidence of the fragility of the post treatment phase and the very real possibility of mental relapse.
