Open Council Report Published

We are delighted to announce that the long awaited Open Council Context Report and Internal Assessment is nearing completion. The report will now move through a final stage consultation process before being published in full later in the year. Open Council members have been granted exclusive access to examine the pre-consultation report (see below).
